STORAGE & RESCUE SERVICE

We offer a storage & rescue service for your kitesurf equipment (VDWS Level 5 or equivalent).

Such service includes a locker right at the center. You will receive a key, so you have access to your belongings at any time. Our beach assistants will be at your service from 9 am – 5 pm. They will assist you in taking off and landing the kite and constantly look after your safety. In the event of a dangerous situation, they will save you with our rescue boat.

Please note that this service only applies to emergencies (no wind, problems with the equipment, or accidents) and does not function as a "pick up" for kiters downwind. If we have to collect you due to poor kiting skills, we will charge you € 5 for each collection service after the second one. Rescuing people has priority before saving your equipment! We do not assume responsibility for lost or broken kitesurf gears.

The rescue service covers the lagoon only.

Kite lovers kiting on waves beyond the reef are doing so at their own risk. Under certain circumstances, our rescue boat is not able to pass the channel. Thus, we cannot save kiters outside the reef.

During each course and event, an experienced kite instructor will be there to monitor you. A rescue boat will be around as well. Read more.
